Mark Horne has thrown
another tantrum, this time at Lane Keister (again) for a post he wrote on
Green Baggins. And, as usual, Horne got his facts wrong, pitching a fit for no apparent reason. But you have to read
Lane’s response to Horne and notice how he patiently instructs his fellow PCA minister, fulfilling the apostolic command:
“And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth” (2 Tim. 2:24–26). Then notice that Mark Horne says nothing.
Regarding the Knox–Gage matter,
Bob Mattes shows
why this situation arose, by outlining the tension between the seminary’s board and the church’s session —
a conflict of authority — which culminated in this embarrassing situation.
